NanoMAX is a laboratory facility located in Lund that specializes in advanced imaging using a hard X-ray nanoprobe. This facility leverages the low emittance of MAX IV to achieve high coherence in its imaging processes. The nanoprobe is capable of focusing X-ray beams to below 100 nanometers, providing an extremely intense X-ray beam that allows for detailed analysis of samples.
The laboratory features two endstations: Imaging (EH1) and Diffraction (EH2), which cater to different experimental needs. NanoMAX also offers comprehensive beamline documentation and provides access to publications related to its research activities. Regular updates and news about the beamline are made available, supporting the ongoing dissemination of information and advancements in research across various scientific fields.
