Förhandlings- & samverkansrådet PTK is a non-profit organization based in Stockholm that represents 26 trade unions for private-sector employees in Sweden. The organization advocates for security, influence, and development within the workplace, supporting over one million private-sector employees. It plays a significant role in organizing seminars focused on workplace issues and collective agreements, thereby facilitating knowledge sharing and professional development among its members.
In addition to its advocacy efforts, PTK provides economic support for workplace training initiatives and promotes discussions on learning in everyday work through various tools, including Dialogkartan. The organization also hosts events aimed at addressing workplace challenges, particularly during crises, and recognizes outstanding contributions to workplace safety through awards. Furthermore, PTK is involved in legal matters concerning minimum wage directives within the European Union, ensuring that the interests of union representatives are promoted and developed effectively.
