Berthåga klockstapel is a historical landmark located in the western part of Uppsala, Sweden. This site encompasses a 54-hectare cemetery designed with inspiration from the natural landscapes of Uppland. The cemetery features a modern design that integrates elements of nature, creating a serene environment suitable for remembrance and reflection.
Among the notable structures within Berthåga klockstapel are a crematorium, a chapel, and a bell tower known as Klockstapeln. The site also includes a tree church (Träd kyrkan) and a memorial site (Minnesplatsen), providing various spaces for contemplation. Additionally, visitors can find a scenic forest pond, referred to as Skogsdammen, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere of the area. The cemetery is home to Stefanskapellet and S:t Eriks kapell, further contributing to its significance as a place of remembrance.
