Coor Service Management specializes in facility management, providing services across a wide range of workplaces in the Nordic region. The company is focused on creating smart, safe, and sustainable work environments, which includes the development of innovative office solutions in partnership with MTR and collaboration with Tele2 on various facility management initiatives. Coor's involvement in significant projects, such as the Öresund Bridge, highlights its capacity to manage large-scale operations effectively.
In addition to traditional facility management services, Coor emphasizes digitalization through initiatives like e-archives and the implementation of a SmartID access card system to enhance security within managed properties. The company is also dedicated to developing future office spaces, as seen in projects like Haga Norra. Furthermore, Coor has introduced the Envirosense program, which aims to promote greener workplaces, and has obtained new certifications that reinforce its role as a security partner in the industry.
