Lundagård vård- och omsorgsboende is a retirement home located in Sofiehem, Umeå, near Norrlands University Hospital. The facility opened in the autumn of 2019 and features a three-story building that includes 60 apartments organized into six units. This retirement home is designed to function as a collaboration house, integrating various municipal services to support the residents.
In addition to its primary function as a care and nursing home, Lundagård also houses a preschool that accommodates approximately 100 children.
