Whether you can leave luggage the day before depends on your airline, and Arlanda Express offers day-before bag drop at Stockholm Central for some flights. For flights departing before 16:00 on SAS, Norwegian, Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines, bags can be dropped there the day before between 08:15 and 13:00. The service is included in your train ticket.
