SL says Tvärbanan runs between Sickla and Solna station via Gullmarsplan, Årstaberg, Liljeholmen, Alvik and Sundbyberg, so you can join it at those stations; use SL's journey planner for times. Swedavia says only taxis with an agreement with the airport wait at the taxi stand, that taxi prices are set freely by each company, and that you should ask whether you can get a fixed price.
