Short answer

Parking near Skansen is very limited, and Skansen suggests leaving the car in the Gallerian garage at Hamngatan 37 and taking tram line 7 to Djurgården. You can also park on Narvavägen near Djurgårdsbron. Skansen's page lists no parking prices.
