Which terminal does my flight use at Arlanda?
How to find your terminal and which airlines use which.
Short answer
At Arlanda your flight leaves from Terminal 2 or Terminal 5, and Swedavia's airline list shows Terminal 5 for SAS, Norwegian, Ryanair, TUI, KLM and Air France. British Airways, airBaltic, Vueling and Västflyg are listed with Terminal 2. Your own terminal is on the departures page and your ticket.
Why
- Swedavia's airline list shows Terminal 5 for SAS, Norwegian, Ryanair, TUI, KLM and Air France, and Terminal 2 for British Airways, airBaltic, Vueling and Västflyg.
- According to Swedavia, Finnair and TAP offer bag drop in Terminal 2.
- Swedavia announced on 16 October 2026 that Air France and KLM depart from Terminal 5 from 20 October 2026.
Details
Terminal 4 no longer counts as its own terminal: it is now gate area C in Terminal 5. Terminal 3 stopped using its own security control on 1 September 2026. More on the airport is in Arlanda and the alternatives, and arrival rules are in what to declare to customs at Arlanda. Swedavia's pages were checked on 28 October 2026.
Tip
Check the terminal on your ticket again on the day, because airlines move between terminals. For a bed near the airport, see the hotel closest to Terminal 5.
What may differ
Airlines move between terminals, as Air France and KLM did on 20 October 2026, so only the departures page and your ticket are certain on the day.
Common misconception
All flights at Arlanda leave from Terminal 5.
What actually happens
Swedavia's airline list shows Terminal 2 for British Airways, airBaltic, Vueling and Västflyg, and its bag drop page names Finnair under Terminal 2. Both terminals are in use.
