JobMatch Sweden is a recruitment agency that specializes in providing a comprehensive testing system for recruitment and development. Their services include a range of assessments such as personality tests, screening tests, and aptitude tests. These tools are designed to be pedagogical and easy to understand, facilitating a smoother recruitment process for both employers and candidates.
The testing system is certified by DNV (Det Norske Veritas) in accordance with the European Federation of Psychologists' Associations (EFPA) assessment model. This certification ensures that the tests meet rigorous standards for validity, reliability, and psychometric factors, making them suitable for recruitment, selection, and development processes across various professions, including sales roles. Additionally, JobMatch Sweden offers an optional work analysis add-on that allows for matching test results with specific job profiles, further enhancing the recruitment process.
