JKON AB Bygg- & Projektledning i Stockholm operates as a building consultant specializing in project management for pipe replacements. The company has successfully completed over 25,000 pipe replacements in the city, demonstrating extensive experience in this specific area. Their services encompass the entire pipe replacement process, ensuring that projects are managed efficiently from start to finish.
A key aspect of JKON AB's approach is their emphasis on clear communication, which they consider essential for the successful execution of projects. They provide guidance to residents regarding living arrangements during the replacement process, helping to minimize disruption. Additionally, the company distinguishes between decisions made by the board and those made by individual residents, allowing for a more tailored experience. Residents are also given options to customize their replacements, which are showcased in an exhibition highlighting the various choices available.
