Bygglogistikcenter (BLC) NDS operates as a construction logistics center specifically for the Norra Djurgårdsstaden area in Stockholm. The center is designed to enhance the efficiency of delivery consolidations, which is crucial for managing the logistics of construction projects. By focusing on the consolidation of deliveries, BLC aims to streamline transportation flows, thereby improving the overall efficiency of logistics operations in the construction sector.
In addition to logistical efficiency, BLC emphasizes sustainable building practices. The center promotes the reuse and recycling of materials within construction projects, contributing to a reduced environmental impact. It serves as a hub for construction-related logistics, facilitating the coordination of various stakeholders involved in building projects. The implementation of a QR code system for entry further enhances operational efficiency, ensuring that the logistics center meets the needs of modern construction practices.
