Clevry Göteborg is a recruitment agency that specializes in implementing science-based methods to enhance the hiring process. The organization emphasizes a skills-first approach, focusing on the competencies of candidates rather than traditional qualifications. This methodology is supported by the development of a flexible platform designed to measure soft skills, which is crucial for understanding a candidate's potential fit within a company.
The recruitment strategies employed by Clevry are informed by psychological principles, as the agency was developed by professionals in both psychology and recruitment. This dual expertise allows for a more nuanced understanding of candidate behavior and capabilities. The use of psychometric testing is a key feature of their approach, enabling data-driven decision-making that prioritizes candidate experience and satisfaction. By streamlining the recruitment process through competency-based methods, Clevry aims to provide a more efficient and effective hiring solution for organizations.
